The seed of education and knowledge was sowed by CKDCS with the devoted and founder Principal Ms. Urminder Kaur (National Awardee, CBSE) in 1995 with only 9 students in a local gurdwara  at Chabhal. So with the grace of Almighty and under the patronage of CKDCS this institute has been able to come up at the level of one of the best institutions of the area having a strength of 2300 from Play-pen to XII and also a well-built building and remarkable infrastructure which includes well equipped Science Labs, Hi-tech Computer Labs, English Language Lab., Well-stocked digital library, Art and Craft studio, Activity Room, Dance Room, Music Room, Multi-Utility hall, AC Block for Pre-Primray classes, Smart Class rooms, Dispensary, Lift, Basket Ball Court, hand Ball and Volleyball ground and Indoor Hall for Table Tennis. Above all the whole campus is under the surveillance of CCTV cameras. Moreover the school is also having SMS facility to give every kind of information to the parents. The school is providing an atmosphere that works as a catalyst in making each child a balanced human being having its core strength embedded in the learning experience emanating from our rich-socio culture roots.

                  To make the students aware of the current environmental problems and to encourage them to save energy resources various activities like planting trees, slogan writing and Poster Making competitions on Energy Conservation, saving the earth, Clean India, green India etc. are conducted by ECO club, Health club and Infinity club. In this era of Cut-throat competition it is of paramount importance to impart an Integrated Education to the future citizens of the nation for successfully facing multiskating areas of life.

Achievements of the School : To begin with the greatest achievement for the school is FAP(Federation of Private schools and Associations of Punjab) national award 2022 for the best school in infrastructure in the state held at Chandigarh University by Shri Banwarilal Purohit, Hon’ble Governor Punjab.

     One more a new feather added in the cap is NCC being started in the school to make the children aware about the discipline of the army. In sports also our students always show great enthusiasm and always  participate in various games with renewed vigor and zeal. Recently in CKDCS games our students brought laurels to the school by winning various positions in various games.

      The institution has always delineated 100 % results in 10^th and 12^th CBSE Board examinations.
